We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of order. If something is wrong with your order, or, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your merchandise for a prompt refund.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
- After we have received your returned merchandise, your credit card will be credited for the return plus any
tax paid, excluding shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, the initial shipping costs will be credited
back to you along with your return credit.
- Your refund will be issued after we have received and processed your return.
- We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected items sent for return.
- Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow
up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- We cannot guarantee credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our return policy.
Problem With An Order?
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a
replacement item sent to you.
Are you missing an item? If we have accidentally left out an item, please accept our apologies and let us know. We will send the missing item(s) out promptly, at no
additional charge.
